The garden functions as both subject and site within my practice: at once muse and archive. It is where my creative imagination first took shape and where I return to think through questions of cultivation, labour, and care. Against the instability of the world beyond its boundaries, the garden stands as a modest act of resistance. A commitment to the future, however uncertain the present may be.
